Tioga State Forest Timber Stumpage Sale

This solicitation is for a timber stumpage sale on approximately 42 acres located on Mountain Top Road in Liberty Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, within the Tioga State Forest. The sale includes an estimated 118.15 MBF of sawtimber, primarily Black Cherry, Sugar Maple, and Red Maple, and an estimated 21.72 HCF of Mixed Hardwood Pulpwood. The sale is divided into two blocks, and prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the site at their convenience. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express by May 13, 2026.
