Papillion Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility Roof Replacement

This project involves the removal and replacement of TPO roofing membranes on both the administration and operations buildings at the Papillion Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility. The scope includes replacing damaged insulation, installing 1/2" protection board, and installing a new TPO Roofing Membrane System. The City of Omaha has a Small & Emerging Small Business (SEB) reserve for this project, prioritizing SEB bidders. However, non-SEB bidders may be considered if no bids from SEB authorized bidders are received. Bidders are also required to possess a "Class A or B" City of Bellevue, Nebraska General Contractor's License at the time of bid. A bid bond or acceptable substitute is required, with the original document to be submitted to the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date.
