Description

The Belton Independent School District invites qualified companies to submit proposals for technology supplies, equipment, parts, and services. This is a qualifying RFP to establish a list of approved vendors, and goods and services will be purchased on an as-needed basis throughout the district. The estimated value of services, equipment, and/or supplies purchased annually is over $50,000. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period and on a monthly basis throughout this open period of that solicitation. The term of this proposal will be for one year with four automatic one-year renewals. Belton ISD has the option to extend this RPF at the end of the final contract period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. Belton Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer prior to an award and also reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
