RFQ for Legal Services Evaluator Services

Workforce Solutions (WFS) is seeking qualified individuals to provide Evaluator Services for responses received under their Legal Services solicitation (#26-RFP-01-001). WFS intends to contract with three independent evaluators to review, evaluate, and score these responses. Selected evaluators will be paid $500.00 per response reviewed, evaluated, and scored, which includes time spent on any related conference calls. WFS also seeks one respondent to serve as Lead Evaluator. In addition to the standard evaluator duties, the Lead Evaluator will coordinate conference calls, compile and forward completed evaluation instruments, provide a summary report of evaluator comments, and present evaluation results if requested. The Lead Evaluator will receive an additional one-time payment of $1,000.00 for these duties. The contract period is expected to be one year, and the RFQ is 100% federally funded by the Texas Workforce Commission.
