Office Space Leasing for Committee for Public Counsel Services

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is seeking proposals for approximately 6,900 square feet of usable office space. The acceptable range for the space is between 5,900 and 7,900 square feet. The required locations for this office space include Framingham, Marlborough, Natick, Newton, Sudbury, Wayland, or Weston. The lease term for the selected space will be 10 years.
