Phoenix Area Dental Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services

The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for dental equipment. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year and four option years. The services will ensure dental equipment is maintained to OEM specifications and meets regulatory standards such as The Joint Commission. The scope of work includes scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and unscheduled repair services. The contractor will be responsible for providing qualified technicians to perform these services on-site at various PAIHS facilities located in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Utah. Services must comply with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements, as well as standards from organizations like ANSI/AAMI and NFPA. The prime contractor is required to hold active ISO 13485:2016 Certification.
