Paratransit Contracted Services and Risk Management

The Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District (MetroLINK) is soliciting proposals for ADA complementary paratransit services and comprehensive risk management. Qualified firms must have experience in providing safe, reliable, and ADA-compliant door-to-door transportation services, including managing daily operations, staffing, vehicle maintenance, and passenger assistance. The selected contractor will be responsible for adhering to all MetroLINK policies, federal, and state regulations. Services will be provided within MetroLINK's defined service area during established service hours, with specific details outlined in the Scope of Work. The project may be funded through contracts with the U.S. Department of Transportation and/or the Illinois Department of Transportation, requiring bidders to certify compliance with applicable laws and regulations. All questions and responses must be submitted electronically through the Ionwave e-procurement portal. Proposals require detailed information on the company's capabilities, past performance, key personnel, and financial capacity. Pricing must remain valid for 180 calendar days. Contract award will be made to the most qualified, responsive, and responsible proposer.
