Grounds Supplies: Fertilizer, Chemicals, and Seeds

Marana Unified School District (MUSD) is soliciting written quotes for grounds supplies, including fertilizer, chemicals, seeds, and related items. Pricing must be firm for a specified period, with potential consideration for increases only if justified by documented inflation or labor costs. Award will be made to the vendor(s) offering the lowest price that is complete, responsive, and responsible. MUSD reserves the right to award to the minimum number of vendors necessary to meet its needs. The anticipated contract term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. This contract may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to conditions and funding availability. A formal contract and purchase order are required for each fiscal year. MUSD also reserves the right to add related services and materials during the contract period by mutual agreement.
