Lead Generation and AI Marketing Services for Nebraska Army National Guard

This solicitation is for comprehensive lead generation services and Artificial Intelligence (AI) marketing tools to increase enlistments for the Nebraska Army National Guard (NEARNG). The contract period of performance is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with two additional one-year option periods: September 1, 2027, to August 31, 2028, and September 1, 2028, to August 31, 2029. Award will be based on the overall best value to the government, considering price and other factors. Vendors must meet all technical requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement and provide at least three references of similar scope and size, including contact information, a brief description of work completed, and contract number if relevant. The government reserves the right to obtain information from any source for past performance evaluation. Discussions are not anticipated, and the government intends to make an award without them.
