Plumbing Services - Contractor Pool Expansion

The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide comprehensive plumbing maintenance and repair services for its properties throughout Hamilton County, Ohio. This RFP aims to expand the existing pool of contractors available to address various plumbing needs, including but not limited to water heater installation, repair, and replacement; leak detection and repair for water and sewer pipes; drain and sewer line clearing and jetting; backflow testing and repair; gas line repair; and maintenance/repair of boilers and chillers. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis, with specific response times required for emergency (1 hour), urgent (same day), and routine (1 day) calls. Contractors must be available 24/7 for emergency dispatch and must adhere to strict quality, safety, and professional standards outlined by CMHA.
