Massachusetts Water Resource Authority Semiannual Wastewater Permit Sampling

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for wastewater discharge sampling and analysis services for the VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS). This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) with a set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB). The services will be performed at three VABHS locations: West Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, and Brockton, each with specific sampling requirements and permits. The contractor will be responsible for collecting and submitting samples to a MADEP certified or NELAP accredited laboratory, providing electronic reports, and adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements. The contract will have a base year and four option years.
