Basic Ordering Agreement for Low-Level Radioactive Waste Services

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is establishing a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for services related to Low-Level Radioactive Waste (LLRW), including identification, removal, remediation, processing, and disposal. This is a competitive 8(a) set-aside opportunity. The ordering period for the BOA is 5 years, with a total duration not exceeding 5 years. Task orders will be issued for specific projects, with places of performance varying by task. The government reserves the right to amend the solicitation, potentially changing it to a Small Business set-aside if regulatory changes impact the 8(a) set-aside viability.
