City of Stockbridge Comprehensive Residential Waste Collection and Disposal Services

The City of Stockbridge is soliciting proposals for comprehensive residential solid waste, recycling, yard waste, and bulk waste collection and disposal services. The contract will cover approximately 11,000 residential accounts, including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, apartment complexes with individual carts, and mobile homes. Services include weekly collection of garbage, yard waste, and bulk waste, with bi-weekly collection of single-stream recycling. The contractor will be responsible for providing collection carts, managing materials, and ensuring seamless transition of services. The contract is anticipated to begin in February 2027 with an initial two-year term and five one-year optional renewal terms.
