Quarterly Bread for FCI Beckley

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Beckley, is seeking quotations for the supply of bread items for the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. Deliveries are scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026, and conclude on September 30, 2026. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, with a small business size standard of 1-500 employees. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order, with awards made based on best value considering specifications, past performance, delivery, and price. All bids must meet the specified product requirements, including freshness within 48 hours of baking and adherence to national menu specifications, including allergen labeling.
