The State of Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) is conducting a public auction to dispose of a surplus property located on the east side of US Highway 395 S, south of Parker Ranch Road, in Washoe County, Nevada. The parcel contains 43,570 square feet (1.00 net acre) and is suitable for stand-alone development. The appraised fair market value is $196,000.00, which will also serve as the minimum bid amount. Unauthorized persons on the property will be subject to prosecution for trespassing.
