External Tutoring Services for Southwest ISD

Southwest Independent School District is soliciting bids for external tutoring services. The district aims to establish a catalog of approved vendors to provide standardized, monitored, high-quality tutoring services aligned with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). Services must be available in English and Spanish, before, during, and after school, and potentially on Saturdays. Awarded vendors will be expected to provide equitable services to all student populations and utilize highly effective, research-based interventions to achieve high student outcomes and academic progress. Tutors will need to interpret students' individualized education programs (IEP), vertically align TEKS to address deficiencies, and implement necessary accommodations and modifications. Bids will be reviewed monthly, and approved vendors will be added to a catalog for campuses and departments to use on an 'as needed' basis. Procurement for approved vendors will be effective from the award date through August 31, 2026.
