Cosmetology Supplies and Equipment

The Board of Cooperative Educational Services for the Sole Supervisory District of Broome, Delaware, and Tioga Counties is soliciting bids for Cosmetology Supplies & Equipment (IP-25-S-27). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Broome-Tioga BOCES eProcurement Portal by 10:00 AM on June 5, 2026. Specifications, instructions to bidders, and bid forms are available on the portal. The BOCES Board reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any and all bids. The award will be made within 45 days of the proposal opening. The contract period will be from July 2, 2026, to July 1, 2027, with the possibility of four additional one-year extensions. Pricing will be based on a percentage discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), which must remain constant throughout the contract period. Bidders are required to offer a percentage discount off MSRP for specific product lines and brands. The BOCES reserves the right to award entire categories to a vendor if it is in their best interest. Delivery is expected within 30 days After Receipt of Order, F.O.B. destination. Payment terms are Net 45 days after receipt of goods and services.
