Ted Fritsch Park Splash Pad Construction

The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin is soliciting proposals for the PARKS 4-26 "TED FRITSCH PARK SPLASH PAD" project. This contract involves horizontal directional drilling for approximately 710 linear feet of 4" water main, including fittings and connections, and 370 linear feet of 6", 8", 12", and 8' storm sewer construction. The project also includes approximately 120 cubic yards of excavation, grading, construction of a splashpad and its control cabinet, hardscape features, approximately 1950 square feet of concrete sidewalk, construction staking, and site restoration. Proposals must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com's VirtuBid(tm) online bid service by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Bid openings will be conducted publicly via Zoom. The estimated completion date for the work is May 28, 2027.
