]mailto:office@adcwater.comThe Elfrida Water Improvements District is soliciting bids for two distinct construction projects: Project 2026-001, the Transmission Main, and Project 2026-002, Water Campus Improvements. The Water Campus Improvements include the installation of a water hauler station, a bolted steel water storage tank, and disinfection equipment. An alternative bid for a shell building for a future administration building is also being accepted. The expected duration for these projects is 270 days. Bidding documents can be obtained electronically by contacting ADC Wastewater Engineering at office@adcwater.com with the required contractor information. Hard copies are available at the Elfrida Water Improvements District office. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 22, 2026, at the Elfrida Water Improvements District office, with separate sessions for each project. Attendance is encouraged but not required. Bidders must submit questions by April 29th, 2026, with responses due by May 4th.
