The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market input regarding the structure, pricing, and administration of potential on-call construction contracts. This RFI is intended to inform the development of a future Request for Proposal (RFP). RTD anticipates needing on-call construction services for repairs, maintenance, emergency response, and small project support across its facilities and infrastructure. This work may encompass repairs to facilities and infrastructure, civil/site work, concrete, utilities, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tasks, and emergency stabilization. Sample work order categories include Routine, Urgent, and Emergency work, each with specific response time and pricing considerations. Respondents are invited to provide feedback on contract structures, pricing methods for different work categories, and general industry challenges. Pricing data should not be included in the response. No contract will be awarded as a result of this RFI.
