Parking Permit and Citation Management System

The City of Fort Collins is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive parking permit and citation management system. This procurement includes the necessary software, implementation services, training, and ongoing technical support, all to be provided by a single vendor. The city will manage parking operations, customer service, and overall management internally. The anticipated completion date for the implementation is April 1, 2027. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to provide interested Service Providers an opportunity to submit proposals for review by the City's Parking Services department. A consultant will not be involved in the selection or implementation process.
