Description

The US Air Force, specifically the 30th Force Support Squadron (30 FSS), is seeking a contractor to develop a professional, engaging, and inclusive 60-minute training video for new employees and supervisors. The video will be based on a Government-furnished slide deck and aims to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of traditional onboarding training methods. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of video production, including script and storyboard development, creation of graphics and animations, professional voice-over recording, video editing to a final length of approximately 60 minutes, and integration of synchronized closed captions. The final product must meet high-definition standards (1920 x 1080 resolution, at least 25 fps) with high-quality audio. The project is expected to be completed between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027, with a 180-day turnaround from the project start date.
