Public Hearings for Ann Arbor Unified Development Code Amendments

The City of Ann Arbor will hold public hearings on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss proposed amendments to Chapter 55 (Unified Development Code) of Title V of the City Code. The hearings will cover two specific ordinances: ORD-26-11, which amends sections related to Solid Waste Terms, and ORD-26-12, which amends sections related to Stormwater Management Review. These hearings will take place in the City Hall Council Chamber, located on the 2nd floor of the Guy C. Larcom, Jr. Municipal Building at 301 E. Huron Street, Ann Arbor. To ensure comments are received, written submissions are recommended either ahead of the meeting or by attending in person.
