Fiduciary Advisor Services

The City of Stockton is seeking proposals from qualified businesses or individuals to provide Fiduciary Advisor services. The selected proponent will offer independent investment advisory, plan review, and compliance guidance for the City's Deferred Compensation Plan. Services include ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, advising on fiduciary responsibilities, reviewing and recommending changes to the plan's design and operation, identifying cost-saving strategies, and providing investment return summaries. The City intends to award an initial three-year contract with the option to renew for up to two additional years.
