Purchase of Anionic Polymer

The Maryland Department of Transportation is seeking to furnish and deliver anionic polymer to their wastewater treatment facilities. To pre-qualify, bidders must meet minimum performance criteria and demonstrate the ability to satisfactorily supply the polymer. All candidate polymers must be in liquid form to be compatible with the handling facilities. Bidders may submit a maximum of two anionic polymer samples for testing.
