Cruise Ship Shore Power (Design-Build) Project

The City of Seward is soliciting Design-Build proposals for the Shore Power and Cruise Ship Dock Expansion Project. This project includes the full design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of a complete high-voltage shore power system capable of supporting two cruise vessels simultaneously at the Seward Passenger Terminal. Additive Alternate #1 for an additional port-side connection is also included, and the project must comply with Buy America Build America (BABA) requirements.
