West Bloomfield Schools Administration Building and Sheiko Elementary School Roof Replacement

This project involves the replacement of roofs on the West Bloomfield Schools Administration Building and Sheiko Elementary School. The scope of work includes the removal of existing roofing systems down to the structural decks, followed by the installation of new elastomeric membrane roofing systems and associated sheet metal flashing and trim. The project specifies the use of 60-mil reinforced EPDM membrane roofing. Insulation will include flat and tapered polyisocyanurate foam boards. New sheet metal work will include prefinished galvanized steel for coping, gravel stop/fascia, gutters, downspouts, and counterflashing.
