Refuse Containers, Roll-Away, 90-100 Gallons

The City of Rochester intends to establish a term contract for the annual purchase of approximately 3,000 to 10,000 universal style solid waste refuse collection wheeled containers. These containers should be between 90 and 100 gallons in capacity and designed for use with automated or semi-automated refuse collection systems. In addition to the primary container requirement, the City is also seeking pricing for optional items. These include containers in the 48-70 gallon capacity range, as well as replacement parts and other related items. The specifications detail requirements for material, durability (minimum 10-year life expectancy), design for automated lifting, dimensions, and colorfastness. Bidders are required to submit detailed specifications and potentially samples for evaluation.
