Preventative Maintenance for Electrical Discharge Machines

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requires a manufacturer-trained, certified technician to provide annual preventative maintenance, repair, calibration, and remedial services for seven Electrical Discharge Machines (EDMs). The services must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines, and the contractor must provide an inspection report detailing the work performed. The period of performance is tentatively set from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031, with four additional option years and a 6-month option extension. Offerors must hold a valid CMMC Level 1 certification at the time of award and throughout contract performance.
