Landscaping Services for Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District

The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors for Landscaping Services. Proposals must be received by email no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Proposals received after this time will be deleted unopened. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with the Request for Proposal or any applicable public contracting procedures and requirements. The District may also reject any or all bids if it is deemed to be in the public interest.
