Annual Contract for Fuel Supply

The Butts County Board of Commissioners is seeking competitive sealed bids for a contracted fuel supply. The contract period will begin on August 1, 2026, and end on July 31, 2027, with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional years. The scope of work includes supplying E-10 Gasoline (87 Octane Unleaded) and Diesel Fuel #2 Ultra Low Sulfur. Deliveries are expected within 24 hours of order placement, with potential for 12-hour delivery in emergencies. Pricing will be based on the Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) contract average price plus a bid unit price, with all applicable taxes itemized separately.
