Description

The State of Georgia is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to provide comprehensive collision repair and body shop services for its diverse municipal fleet. This includes vehicles supporting public safety, public works, parks and recreation, and administrative operations. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for all labor, tools, equipment, parts, and materials necessary to perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. The scope is limited to collision-related assessment, repair, refinishing, restoration, transport, and warranty support, and does not include general fleet maintenance or full mechanical repairs unless directly related to collision damage and approved in writing. Key objectives include reducing fleet downtime, ensuring safe and compliant repairs, establishing transparent pricing, and improving contractor accountability.
