Chickasaw County Cold Storage Building and Earthwork Project

Chickasaw County is soliciting quotes for a cold storage building and earthwork project located at 1811 240th St, Ionia, Iowa. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM CST on June 5, 2026, at the Office of the County Auditor in New Hampton, Iowa. Bidders have the option to bid on both the building and earthwork components, or on either project individually. While specifications for concrete work are included for informational purposes, this portion will be bid at a later time. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive technicalities.
