Fire Station #30 Remodel and Fire Sprinkler System Installation

The City of Omaha is requesting bids for a multi-phase renovation of Fire Station #30. The project includes remodeling the sleeping quarters to provide individual sleeping spaces and the installation of a new, facility-wide fire sprinkler system. This project has a Small and Emerging Small Business (SEB) reserve, requiring bidders to submit an Economic Sustainability Plan (ESP). A Class A or B City of Omaha General Contractor's License is required at the time of bid, along with a bid bond or acceptable substitute. The anticipated Notice to Proceed date is June 29, 2026.
