Automobile and Truck Body Repair and Paint Refinishing Services

The City of Lynchburg is seeking a qualified company to provide automobile, light, and medium truck body repair and paint refinishing services for vehicles owned and managed by the City's Fleet Services Department on an as-needed basis. The City's fleet comprises over 750 assets. The selected service provider will be responsible for performing all body and other repairs according to manufacturer recommendations and requirements. The Fleet Services Department is located at 1650 Memorial Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24501. The initial term of the contract will begin on July 1, 2026, for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year terms. Price increases will only be considered during renewal periods or if additional services are needed. Service providers must have secured parking/storage facilities, provide an example invoice, be located within 5 miles of Lynchburg, and submit insurance information with their bid.
