2026 Annual Action Plan Community Development Block Grant Program

The City of Sierra Vista is developing its Program Year (PY) 2026 Annual Action Plan for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The allocated amount for PY 2026 is $249,752.00. A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 1011 N. Coronado Drive, Sierra Vista, Arizona 85635. Proposed PY 2026 Annual Action Plan documents will be available for public review from Monday, April 20, 2026, for a 30-day period. These documents can be accessed at City Hall, 1011 North Coronado Drive, Department of Community Development, and on the city's website: www.SierraVistaAZ.gov. Written comments will be accepted until May 20, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. and should be sent to the City of Sierra Vista, 1011 North Coronado Drive, Department of Community Development, ATTN Director.
