Affordable Housing Development Proposals

The City of Santa Ana is soliciting proposals from qualified firms and organizations for the development of affordable housing. The scope of work includes the acquisition and rehabilitation of eligible properties for rental and/or ownership housing units, the acquisition and conversion of non-residential properties into rental and/or ownership housing units, and the new construction of housing units for rental and/or ownership. All questions and clarifications must be submitted through PlanetBids prior to the Q&A deadline. Significant interpretations or clarifications will be addressed via addenda posted on PlanetBids. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the PlanetBids system by the specified deadline, and all required sections and forms must be completed. Failure to submit electronically by the deadline will be at the bidder's sole risk.
