Description

GSH, Inc. is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a "Qualified Lead Contractor Pool" for lead remediation/mitigation and lead abatement services. These services are part of the NJ DCA's Lead Remediation and Abatement Program grants, aimed at identifying and remediating lead-based paint hazards to prevent elevated blood lead levels in children and pregnant women. The program targets municipalities in New Jersey with a high reported incidence of elevated blood lead levels in children under age six. Contractors must be on the NJ Certified Lead Abatement Contractor list to perform abatements. GSH intends to prequalify up to five Lead Hazard Control/Remediation Contractors (RRP Firm Certified) to participate in the pool for services in Mercer, Middlesex, and Union Counties. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to apply. GSH Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
