Food, Beverage, and Retail Concessions at Reno-Tahoe International Airport

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced concessionaires to design, develop, manage, and operate food and beverage, and retail concessions at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). This solicitation, RFP#25/26-17, requires respondents to provide comprehensive services for these concessions. All sealed proposals must be submitted and will be opened at 2:00 PM PDT on Monday, August 31, 2026. Solicitation documents and any addenda are available online through the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website. Prospective respondents are required to register with the NGEM Supplier System and maintain updated contact information to receive future solicitations and notifications.
