Description

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking proposals for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide vegetation management through goat and/or sheep grazing. This service is intended to reduce fuel loads and wildfire risk within the wildland-urban interface in Placer, El Dorado, Shasta, Trinity, Tehama, and Glenn Counties, California. The BPA will have a maximum value of $208,597.00 per year, with a total potential value of $1,042,985.00 over five years. Services will involve reducing vegetation by 70-80% in designated shaded fuel break areas. The contract period of performance is five years from the date of award, with task orders generally spanning 3 to 12 months. Services are expected to be performed between approximately November 8, 2026, and November 7, 2031.
