Electrical Wire Bid

Watertown Municipal Utilities is soliciting sealed bids for electrical wire for their Electric Department. Bids will be publicly opened at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the Municipal Utilities Office located at 901 Fourth Avenue SW, Watertown, SD 57201. Specifications can be obtained from the Secretary at the same office. Bidders must submit a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft for 5% of the bid amount, or a bid bond for 10% of the bid amount. Checks or bonds must be made payable to Watertown Municipal Utilities. Bids that do not comply with these provisions will be disqualified. The Municipal Utilities Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. Bidders cannot withdraw their bids within 30 days of the opening date.
