Building 22 Stairwell Refinishing Project

This solicitation is for the refinishing of two stairwells in Building 22, located at 1001 Lee St., Charleston, WV. The project includes repairing walls, painting doors and frames, refinishing wooden handrails, cleaning and polishing stairs and landings, and replacing vinyl stair treads and tile landings in the North Stairwell. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete these construction services. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at 1001 Lee Street, Charleston, WV 25301. Vendors must attend this meeting to be eligible to bid.
