Northeast Gateway Project Redevelopment

The City of Oregon City Urban Renewal Agency is requesting proposals from developers for the redevelopment of the Northeast Gateway Project through a Disposition and Development Agreement. The agency is most interested in a mixed-use development that includes tourism-oriented elements such as hotels, retail, restaurants, conference facilities with banquet and meeting rooms, studios/galleries, small-scale grocery stores, and indoor entertainment venues. Standalone development of offices, multi-family housing, live/work spaces, or child care facilities will not be considered, though they may be part of a mixed-use development. Electronic submissions are due by January 30, 2026. Proposal selection is projected for March/April 2026.
