Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Equipment & Accessories

The City of Santa Barbara Fire Department is seeking bids for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Equipment & Accessories. Quotes must be for the specified brand only, with no substitutions or alternates accepted. The successful bidder shall provide in-service training on equipment, First Initial Fit test to size the department on Vision C5 Mask Sizes prior to approved order (in-person format) and provide First Annual Flow Test on all SCBA, SKA and RIT Packs. The City anticipates purchasing approximately 250 SCBA units and associated accessories. The City plans to purchase a portion of these items during Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027), with the remaining units expected to be purchased during Fiscal Year 2027 (July 1, 2027-June 30, 2028).
