M8 Smoke Pot Inner Packing

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for M8 Smoke Pot Inner Packing. This solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 326140, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The item required is M8 Smoke Pot Inner Packing, Part Number: 3XUS9:2000-1538, in accordance with drawing 36-3-144 Rev D and drawing 36-3-145 Rev A. Drawing 36-3-144 Rev D is restricted and access must be requested via SAM.gov by the vendor's Data Custodian. Drawing 36-3-145 Rev A is attached. The delivery will be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The contract will be a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award, based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 13,500 units, with a maximum quantity of 67,500 units over the contract life. Pre-Production Samples (PPS) will be required within 30 days after award, and production quantity delivery will be 30 days after PPS approval. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award.
