National Capital Region Freight Plan Update

The National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board (TPB) is seeking a consultant to develop an updated National Capital Region Freight Plan and associated materials for approval. The scope of work includes data gathering and analysis, plan writing, creation of charts and graphs, GIS analysis and map development, and presentation preparation. Expertise in goods movement and freight planning is essential for this project.
