Portable Restroom Trailer Services

The U.S. Navy is soliciting for a portable restroom trailer service to support the Special Boat Training Command at Stennis Space Center, MS. This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial products or services. The requirement is for a 10-station portable trailer restroom service to accommodate approximately 120 students. The trailer must include features such as vertical water holding tanks, HVAC, lights, sinks, urinals (for men's room), toilets, vanities, mirrors, waste receptacles, paper towel holders, and soap dispensers. The contractor will be responsible for emptying and pumping out the tanks twice weekly or as needed, and must be available 24/7 for emergency services, equipment failure, or maintenance. Electrical and water will be provided by the Command. The contract will have a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.
