Joint Occupancy Development of Real Property

The Anaheim Union High School District is soliciting proposals for the joint occupancy development of real property. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, prospective bidders must adhere to specific health and safety measures, including self-screening, proper use of face coverings, maintaining social distancing, and bringing their own pens. These measures are in place to protect District employees and bidders during job walks and bid drop-offs, following recommendations from public health orders and CDC guidelines.
