Additional repairs or parts requiring an increase in cost must be approved promptly. Preventative maintenance inspections will be conducted bi-annually, meeting NFPA 1911 standards, including brake inspections. The contractor must be available during business hours and provide 24/7 on-call service availability for critical repairs, with 24/7 access for vehicle drop-offs. Non-critical issues must be diagnosed within two business days, and critical repairs within one business day. All work must conform to applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards. Optional services include a Train-the-Trainer program for ambulance maintenance and repair techniques.
