Portable Toilets and Septic Pumping Services

The National Park Service at Pinnacles National Park requires portable toilets, wash stations, and septic pumping services on an as-needed basis. This amendment extends the due date for quotations to Thursday, May 7, 2026. The contract includes a base year and four option years, with performance authorized through task orders. Services include the rental, delivery, setup, servicing, and removal of portable toilets and wash stations, as well as the pumping, removal, transport, and disposal of sewage and wastewater from various park facilities. Response times for services vary from routine (3 days) to emergency (2 hours) and incident-based (24 hours). Water will not be provided by the government, and there is no on-site dumping facility; all waste must be disposed of at licensed facilities in line with local and state regulations.
